Manager, Business Risk at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To assist the Head, Business Risk in the management of compliance, reputational, strategic, legal and operational risks by implement measures for the identification, measurement and prioritization of risks and controls within allocated portfolios and the reporting thereof. Implementation of the risk management strategy for Product and Solutioning within allocated portfolios. Implement the risk management framework and articulate measures and metrics within allocated portfolios. Implement risk management tools (e.g. risk logs, RCSA, KRIs, etc) within allocated portfolios. 

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications

• Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
• Field of Study: Risk Management, Legal, Engineering

Experience Required

• Risk Management 
• Minimum of 5 years experience in risk or regulatory environment within the financial services industry. Good understanding of statistical models and samples.
