    Maintenance Graduate-in-Training Programme

    Linde + Wiemann RSA Pty Ltd is currently seeking a graduate for the BW3 Maintenance Department for a 1 (ONE) year Graduate Development Programme. 

    • This programme will transform the graduate into a high performing professional, equipping them to contribute to the economy of the country.
    • The programme provides the graduate with an opportunity to conduct their work exposure and on-the-job training at our RSA, East London Plant.

    What happens in the twelve months?

    • The Graduate in Training will be monitored throughout the 12 month period, which includes mentorship and coaching by the relevant Department Manager.

    To be considered you need to:

    • Be a South African citizen between the ages of 21 and 35 years.
    • Clean criminal record.
    • Have no more than one -two year full time work experience (in their field of study) since graduating.
    • Have completed a diploma-level qualification (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
    • Must be computer literate
    • Ability to problem solve
    • Communication skills at all levels
    • Maintenance Graduate in Training: 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide technical & administrative support to the Maintenance Department in terms of planned & corrective maintenance of machinery & equipment

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • National Diploma: Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
    • Ability to use workshop tools & electrical testers
    • Ability to interpret electrical drawings
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
