    Learning Developer

    Purpose of Role:

    • The successful candidate will join our dynamic Team of Learning Developers to produce excellent quality learning content supporting the best class digital tools used across our Weir Minerals business. The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced in SAP learning design, development and with a passion for delivering world-class training material whilst working with various business stakeholders to facilitate knowledge gathering and conduct learning needs analysis.     Key Responsibilities: 

    • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
    • Learning content development: Develop learning content using SAP Enable Now to educate stakeholders to adopt standardized processes and technologies such as SAP, Power BI, Salesforce and all other systems used across Weir Minerals.
    • Learning course creation: Create innovative and modern courses to engage and drive adoption across all business stakeholder groups, including vendors.
    • Knowledge gathering facilitation: Facilitate knowledge gathering sessions with subject matter experts to develop learning content. Conduct learning needs analysis.

    Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: 

    • Relevant qualification in learning development and design 
    • 5 to 10 years’ experience in SAP learning design, development and delivery 
    • SAP learning development tool experience (Enable Now)
