    Learning and Development Coordinator

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate, administrate, and manage 'express interest' of learning activities in the region, i.e., query resolution.
    • Manage registrations, changes, cancellations, roster management, and attendance (manage mailbox).
    • Communicate and organize training planned by training facilitators.
    • Capture training on the Learning Management Systems (LMS) and record all learning interventions.
    • Compile and analyze evaluations of learning activities and signal the Learning and Development specialist to trigger actions, improvements, and other measures.
    • Design, generate, and advise on Learning and Development reports. Compile and submit reports to internal and external stakeholders to meet group and legal requirements.
    • Support the organization with information and communication around learning initiatives.
    • Continuously contribute to process improvement and to developing the offer and service to maximize the value and increase business performance.
    • Validate current training material.
    • Be a role model for data-driven ways of working.
    • Act as One HR through active collaboration with HR colleagues, locally, regionally, and globally.
    • Actively contribute to the development of the CoE HR.
    • Manage vendors and associated service level agreements.
    • Gather training feedback from vendors and trainers (results, training registers, copy of invoice, and course evaluation).
    • Create purchase orders and facilitate payments.

    Skills, competence and experience:

    • Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
    • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of training processes and procedures.
    • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.

    Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Preferred qualification ODETP- occupationally directed education, training and development practitioner.

    Behaviours:

    • Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
    • Strong report writing and record keeping ability.
    • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
