    Junior HRBP

    Job Overview

    • UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. The main purpose of the job is to deliver an effective and efficient Human Resources coordination and support to the UD Trucks Operations (UDTO) HR Function in order to contribute towards the delivery of the department.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Payroll Administration
    •  Act as liaison between Human Resources and Line Managers in respect of payroll queries
    •  Ensure all documentation for payroll submission are submitted on time for processing
    •  Ensure UDTO Line Management input is accurate and in line with standard operating procedure
    •  Coordinate the input from Line Managers on ESS
    •  Act as liaison between UDTO Pretoria and the Service Provider
    •  Establish good collaboration with the Payroll and HR Administrator of UDTSA
    • Recruitment and Administration
    •  Ensure update of all  Job Profiles for industrial workers
    •  Coordinates the sign-off of all positions for recruitment
    •  Coordinate the advertising of all industrial worker positions
    •  Supports Line Managers with the short listing
    •  Coordinates with stakeholders the interview process
    •  Submit all documentation to generate the offer of employment
    •  Coordinates the on boarding process for all new employees
    •  Coordinate with stakeholders the induction of Industrial workers on the 1st day
    •  Ensure that all on boarding documentation are completed and submitted to payroll for processing

     HR Administration

    •  Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly attendance report for the UDTO Pretoria Plant
    •  Responsible for the taking of minutes during all HR Related meetings
    •  Ensure that minutes are distributed within 3 days after the meeting
    •  Process all Purchasing orders for the department
    •  Ensure that all employee data is updated on notice boards
    •  Act as liaison between Medical Center, Canteen and Human Resources

    Minimum qualifications

    •  National Diploma/B-Degree in Human Resources
    •  3-5 years of experience within a Human Resources environment

    Job Experience

    •  Knowledge of the Labour Legislation in South Africa
    •  Syspro System (Advantageous)
    •  Knowledge of Payroll Process and Systems
    •  MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point)
    •  General Company Knowledge (overview)
