Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Computer Literate
• 2 years' Experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Make copies of weekly paperwork and distribute as needed.
• Responsible for handing out and receiving all the departments’ documentation.
• Assisting with queries on documentation
• Checks paperwork and files documentation as needed.
• Organizes and archives records and documents from files.
• Complete incomplete & outstanding documents sheet and send out to relevant departments.
• Assist with documentation in all mock recalls.
• Assist in all external / internal audits.
• Assisting with issuing of chemicals, books, paper towels.
• Downloading photos from plant cameras daily.
• Provide necessary assistance to quality management team when required.
• Capturing grower defects & KWI (Key Welfare Indicators) monthly.
• Capturing data for 6 Sigma, weekly.
• Compiling & sending out electronic product presentations.
