About the job

• The ideal candidate will be comfortable to plan, direct and coordinate Innovation activities to ensure that project goals are accomplished. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues. 
• The successful candidate will be working as part of the FNB Innovations team but will be part of a larger diversified and dynamic team, who are equally comfortable with pushing boundaries in terms of traditional thinking and with rolling up sleeves to deliver against tight deadlines in a collaborative manner.

In addition to the above:

• Are you a strong planner who executes well and manages stakeholders for small to large initiatives?
• Can you translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress?
• Do you adapt well and are used to implementing communications plans in a fast-paced environment?
• Does your experience, passion point to you leading a communication engine for an innovation environment?
