Purpose of the Job

• The provide finance administrative support in the department in relation to the accounts of Suppliers/Contractors.
• To Resolve issues relating to Supplier/Contractor (accounts/payment and claims)
• To maintain Supplier accounts and resolve queries

Job Objectives

• Resolving issues relating to Suppliers/ Contractors (accounts / payments / claims)
• Maintaining Supplier accounts
• Verify Quotations and invoice amounts to ensure correct billing
• Resolving queries from Suppliers/Contractors
• Issuing job cards for Suppliers/ Contractors
• Manage the control of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including the recording of the repairs and abuse of equipment.
• Ensure the necessary services in the Facilities department are done (Monthly, Quarterly and Biannual services)
• Additional adhoc tasks within Finance/Facilities department as requested by Management

Qualifications

• Matric (essential)
• Relevant qualification in finance (essential)

Experience

• Minimum of three years in a finance/administration role
• Minumum of one year working with suppliers/contractors

Knowledge and Skills

• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• customer service orientation
• Knowledge of SAP (advantageous)
