    Manager: Risk Governance and Reporting

    Job Description

    • Primary responsibility of risk governance and risk reporting aspects and the oversight/ coordination aspects of the financial soundness and key entity level controls.

    Minimum Education and Experience:

    • Post Graduate Qualification, Preferably in Risk Management
    • A member of the Institute of Risk Management of South Africa (IRMSA)
    • 8-10 years Risk management function, preferably in insurance companies
    • 4-6 years' experience in Risk Governance and Reporting
    • 5 years' experience with Regulatory reporting i.e. ORSA and QRR
    • 3 years' experience in leadership or management position

    Critical Competencies:

    • Enterprise-wide Risk Management Framework and Strategy Setting
    • Embedding a Risk and Ethics culture & Building a Value based Ethics program
    • Strategy Planning, Crafting, Implementation and Reporting
    • Establishing, implementing and maintaining appropriate mechanism and activities (including a risk strategy, risk management plan and risk management reporting) in respect of Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Risk Governance and Social and Ethics
    • Governance Risk and Compliance Systems such as CURA
    • Strategic analysis
    • Ethics Monitoring

    Manager: Change and Project Management.

    Minimum Education and Experience:

    • 3 Year relevant B-degree/National Diploma.
    • 10 years Change Management experience.
    • 5 – 8 years Project Management experience.

    Senior Field Service Engineer

    Job Description

    • In this role you will deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers.
    • You will also showcase your expertise by working with customer to identify opportunities in the installed base, to improve system performance and operational performance.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BSc Engineering degree or equivalent
    • Experience in Controls and Instrumentation in general
    • Experience in 800xA (operation, configuration and maintenance) for at least 4 years.
    • Experience in Symphony Melody or equivalent control systems for at least 4 years.
    • Experience in Power Generation/Water for at least 5 years
    • Specific Skill –Control Systems
    • Instrumentation (transmitters, control valves and actuators, analyzers, metering, etc)
    • Automation systems
    • Vibration monitoring (Bentley Navada)
    • Local and international standards
    • Project Execution
    • Experience on P13 or P14 control systems would be advantageous
    • Extensive knowledge of C&I related tasks.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have a Degree in Electrical Engineering Heavy current.
    • Switchgear design background.
    • Strong E-Plan background, strong technical ability and engineering principals.
    • ECSA registered will be advantageous.

    Minimum Education and Experience:

    • Relevant 4-year tertiary qualification (B Com, LLB, Risk Management, Law degree) 
    • Postgraduate. Plus professional accreditation in Ethics and related (i.e. CPrac; Ethics, CISA, Fraud etc.), must be a member of Ethics Institute and certified Ethics Officer
    • 8 year's experience in Compliance, Ethics, and Governance
    • 2 year's experience at Management level within Ethics, Compliance, governance
