What You Will Do:

Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Senior HRM Specialist plans, organizes and performs the most highly complex professional, technical, and analytical work, to implement within the broader Global Health Supply Chain - Technical Assistance program. An incumbent may be assigned to one or several of the following project areas:  training and development, stakeholder management, organisational effectiveness. Incumbents in the classification may not perform all the duties as listed, depending upon the activities assigned.

• Work with leaders and teams to help identify strategic goals and objectives and to align these with key priorities
• Provides consultation, coaching and guidance ensuring organizational effectiveness practices are incorporated in structures, programs, and services.
• Develop implementation, change management, engagement schedules and communication plans in support of program activities
• Develops and facilitates creative values-based OD interventions (team building, group facilitation, improvement efforts, stakeholder management, organizational re-structuring, performance development,) as indicated by the needs
• Develop and present learning, stakeholder management strategies and related plans
• Collaborate with management and projects leads to determine short-term and long-term training needs to build scalable, sustainable training plans and results.
• Collaborate with technical projects leads to design, develop, and support the implementation of impactful curricula with pre and post training assessments, action learning, training workshops and e- learning to meet needs identified
• Conduct research with subject matter experts and others as needed to define training content and to establish solutions
• Identify and recommend innovative and cost-effective learning solutions.
• Perform data analysis and report preparation-incorporating determinations into recommendations
• Ensure that ongoing deployments of curricular, workshops, and training content are effective and efficient across all projects
• Facilitate leadership engagement sessions applicable
