Proposal Manager at Apex Group

Description

• Apex Group are looking for a candidate to join the Proposal Management Team as Proposal Manager reporting directly into the Head of Proposal Management in the UK.
• The successful candidate will be working alongside internal stakeholders across the Group to ensure high quality proposals are delivered in a timely manner.
• The purpose of the Proposal Management Team is to provide resources, tools, and sales content helping to deliver high quality proposals efficiently and faster by becoming a centre of excellence for proposal management 

Job specification   

• Collaborate with sales to ensure proposals are tailored to the client’s culture, values, language, strategy, and requirements.
• Managing the global coordination and project management of responses for proposals.
• Work with internal stakeholders to manage the timely completion of deliverables within the agreed deadline.
• Where possible, join sales in initial client scoping call to fully understand client requirements and aid discovery.

Skills Required: 

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong, relevant industry experience in proposal management.
• High-level understanding of alternative fund service offering. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills. English speaker but additional languages beneficial.
• Organized, pro-active, and willing to learn and take on new tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel) and industry tools for proposal
• software.
• Experienced in creating presentations to a high standard using MS PowerPoint
