Human Resources Coordinator (Midrand)

We are looking for an efficient Human Resources Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will be expected to facilitate all daily /hr functions included below:

Job Specifications:

• Strong ability to use MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Monthly Payroll processing on Sage VIP Software
• Monitor and report daily clocking in and out of all staff
• Schedule and minute weekly management meetings
• Manage entire recruitment process, from start to finish
• Drawing up of employment contracts, managing all employee files
• Staying up to date with any changes in the labour laws, government gazettes, BCEA
• Updating and implementing company policies and procedures
• Liaise with all managers on a weekly basis
• Process and manage staff leave

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3-5 years’ experience
2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
3. Experience in current labour laws/BCEA will be advantageous
