    Human Resources Administrator - George

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 with a relevant HR qualification  
    • Good computer skills in MS Excel and Word  
    • Excellent planning and organising skills 
    • Must be able to establish excellent relationships with relevant stakeholders 
    • Displays high level of quality and detail
    •  Pro-active Solutions orientated approach 

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist with the administration of HR payments  
    • Assist with the administration of study loans  
    • Assist with performance management administration  
    • Arrange staff gifts, flowers, and incentives for the rewards and recognition programme  
    • Compile all relevant documentation for long services awards  
    • Distribute all relevant HR communication 
    • Compile maternity leave agreement administration  
    • Take minutes during relevant meetings 
    • Assist with the screening of CVs  
    • Conduct detailed telephonic references  
    • Ensure the required checks are completed e.g. credit, criminal, qualification verification etc.  
    • Assist with training administration  
    • Compile and capture all HR and training related documentation on HR Premier  
    • Arrange exit interviews and capture information  
    • General administrative support and ad hoc HR project assistance 
    • Maintain accurate and up to date filing  
    • Ensure that all employee records are scanned and uploaded to our digital platform 
    • Foster, build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients 
    • SAICA Training Office administration
    • Management of the on-boarding process
    • Management of the off-boarding process
    • Assist with university outreaches and sourcing of promotional items
    • Annual grant submission administration
    • Ad-hoc marketing duties
    • Serve on office various committees
