Description

• Collaborating with Senior HR team members to determine and prioritize functional strategies.
• Managing team activities and coordinating all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork.
• Coordinating and participating in HR transformation initiatives, continuous improvement events and projects including the creation of presentations and documentation to support project execution for HR leadership.
• Developing detailed project plans to track progress and evaluate project performance.
• Execution of projects from start to finish, within scope, time, and budget.
• Planning, coordinating, and keeping, and tracking contents of meetings.
• Planning and managing team goals, and project schedules.
• Manage projects related documents/files/presentations by ensuring all materials are current and properly stored.

Minimum Requirements

• Project management/Communication/Marketing or Human Resources.
• Above-average IT skills: Emails, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Skype, etc.), and related business communication tools.
