    HR Bp M/F

    Our Human Resources Team is looking for an HRBP in South Africa, he/she will be responsible to support the country strategy. He/she will be the principal interlocutors of managers and employees. And, he/she will be responsible assist the growth of the country by an active support in the change management.

    He /she have the following responsibilities:

    • Management of the complete recruitment process in accordance with the company policies and budget
    • Adaptation of our policies to the local needs.
    • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures and internal rules of Voltalia Group in South Africa;
    • Support activities related to training, performance appraisal and people development according to the Group policy;
    • Management of the HR development of our employees in accordance with the growth of the country
    • Management of the training plan for the country;
    • Management the different campaigns during the year with the support of ivolt team and the manager;
    • Organize initiatives that promote the well-being of employees;
    • Supervise the preparation of all regulatory and legal documents related to employee management with the support of the administrative assistant (social security contributions, drafting of employment contracts, annual increase letters…);
    • Organization and management of onboarding of new employees;
    • Follow-up of integration and probationary periods via our HRIS in close collaboration with managers, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines;
    • Manage the payroll with an external provider;
    • Guarantee the application of social regulations and legal obligations within the company;
    • Be responsible of the application of the labour law obligations and evolutions. Complain with all the local requirement
    • Collaborate in the salary review and ensure an internal fairness and consistency in terms of compensation and benefits;
    • Participation in different group wide projects;
    • Participation in other HR activities depending on the specific needs;

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management
    • 5 to 8 years’ experience in an HR department on similar functions, a knowledge of the renewable energy market is a plus
    • Significant experience in recruitment and very good knowledge of the local market
    • Experience of the management of all HR topics within a HRIS system
    • Good knowledge of pack office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
