    Sotho Speaking Customer Service Advisor

    • The key objective of the role is to identify and understand customer needs, delivering a first class customer service to increase the profitability of the business while remaining committed to treating customers fairly. Speaking directly with clients via an inbound line and provide responses to general contract and transactional inquiries.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 12 months unbroken inbound call centre experience

    German Customer Service Representative

    • As a German Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible to ensure that every customer interaction is met with exceptional service and support. Your main goal is to provide a seamless and satisfying experience to customers, addressing their needs with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

    Creditors Clerk

    Responsibilities:

    • Capture supplier invoices (high volume) whilst ensuring that all tax invoices are SARS compliant.
    • Send out suppliers remittances.
    • Perform monthly creditor reconciliation of all supplier accounts.
    • Ensure that the GRN trail balance is clear at month end
    • Complete credit applications.

    Data Engineer

    Job purpose:

    • The data engineer is ultimately accountable for preparing and manipulating data for further analysis, including ETL and will support testing across the development lifecycle
    • The Data Engineer is responsible for extracting and transforming data from source systems, understanding how to integrate or join different sources to create a dataset that can be used for reporting, analysis and analytics.     Front End Loader Operator

    Job Purpose:

    • Their services include supplying aggregate, sand, stone and ready mix concrete to the residential, commercial and industrial industries.
    • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating front-end loaders in industrial, construction, or mining environments.
