    Head of Marketing

     Your role & responsibilities

    • As our Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for leading and implementing strategies that grow our user base, user engagement & revenue.
    • You’ll be charged with analysing data to identify areas of opportunity and growth, developing and executing marketing campaigns, optimising our website and digital channels, and leading a team of talented marketing individuals.
    • We’ll look to you to drive cross-departmental coordination, overseeing all marketing endeavours. You’ll work closely with our product, operations and engineering teams to compile a cohesive digital strategy and effectively leverage digital channels to increase Revix's reach, customer engagement and user acquisition.
    • In addition to the above, you will be tasked with identifying and executing growth opportunities, evaluating market forecasts and long-term trends, and collecting competitive intelligence.

    Your responsibilities will include the following:

    User Growth

    • Taking ownership for our customer acquisition channels - paid ads, display ads, SEO, affiliate marketing and influencer marketing.
    • Creating and implementing growth tactics to effectively acquire high-quality customers.
    • Increasing conversion rates, monthly revenue per user and customer lifetime values.
    • Increasing customer engagement and reducing monthly churn rates.
    • Increasing referral rates with the Revix Rewards loyalty program.

    Leadership & Management

    • Building and communicating a comprehensive growth marketing plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals.
    • Planning, implementing and overseeing all marketing, brand-building and advertising campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and optimisation.
    • Collaborating with external agencies and vendors to execute growth initiatives and digital marketing campaigns.
    • Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, and industry developments.
    • Ensuring company objectives and high-performance standards are owned by each employee in the marketing department.
    • Developing a culture of open communication while creating an inspiring and positive team environment.
    • Building a best-in-class fintech marketing department by creating and maintaining a high-performance and results-driven department.
    • Creating, managing and tracking growth budgets, as well as monitoring key customer metrics.
    • Creating a data-driven business where decisions are driven by supporting data.

    Strategy, Planning, Execution & Reporting

    • Crafting, articulating, coordinating and executing the company’s growth strategy while ensuring alignment with other teams and departments.
    • Using GA, Google Tag Manager and Mixpanel to measure and improve CAC, MRR and LTV.
    • Ensuring our users get to their 'AHA' moment quicker, churn is kept low and LTV is increased.
    • Researching & analysing our current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors and talk to our customers to help inform your strategy. Including identifying customer segments and growth opportunities.
    • Using quantitative and qualitative research to assess project success outcomes and make recommendations for future business endeavours.
    • Analysing, modifying and creating the Revix brand and maintaining it consistently and persistently. Leading the development and execution of the company’s short- and long-term marketing and brand strategy.

    What we consider critical to this role

    • Leadership experience in a growth marketing role, or someone who's been solely responsible for growth at their company and now looking for their first managerial role.
    • Demonstrable experience of influencing growth.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
    • Extensive experience with digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and more.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
    • Passion for innovation and the ability to identify new growth opportunities.
    • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
