JOB PURPOSE:
SACAP is looking for a full-time Head of Faculty: Social and Community Development based at Head Office. The Head of Faculty is a senior academic officer of SACAP College and carries overall responsibility for the growth of the Social and Community Development Faculty, as well as the quality of all programmes that fall within the faculty. This includes driving all new programme applications. The successful incumbent is a content expert within their field and oversees all curriculum amendments for programmes within their faculty. He/she will work with the Deputy Dean to ensure accountability for all regulatory requirements of the CHE, SAQA, the DHET and all professional bodies relevant to the Faculty. The Head of Faculty is responsible for working alongside the campus academic team members in order to ensure the quality of programme delivery on each campus. The Head of Faculty seeks to network extensively within the public and private higher education sector nationally and internationally in order to expand the academic reputation of SACAP College.

Operating Hours
This is a full- time position operating from a Monday to Friday,
This role will require the candidate to work flexible hours due to operational requirements, such as webinars in the evenings.
