Drive the conceptualization and implementation of digital and interactive marketing campaigns for Retail and Business Banking in South Africa working with cross functional marketing, business segments, e-commerce, digital banking and interactive teams to ensure that campaigns launch on time and in budget and are used to effectively deliver against the business strategy. Build and enable a performance marketing strategy to generate lead volumes against product targets. Manage and drive an interactive and tactical always-on approach through quicker customer engagement and dynamic always-on content, driven by insights. Drive digital marketing effectively to promote and sell through products and services to both existing and potential customers by driving performance marketing. Develop and manage the strategies that drive brand and product differentiation for the digital portfolio to improve preference and commercial effectiveness, by contributing and influencing customer value proposition design and customer journey flows. Drive new ways of working (i.e. agile, service design) and organise the portfolio digitally to compete and be future ready across all segments and customer interaction channels.
