    Head, Client Experience

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    To define and lead an allocated client journey as informed by client demand, commerciality, and business priorities in alignment with Digital Transformation.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Completed Matric
    • First Degree Business Commerce

    Experience

    • 8 - 10 years Experience in implementing customer centric change programmes. Experience with Customer Experience design methodologies.
    • Experience in Fiduciary advantageous
