Requirements

• Matric certificate
• Recent graduatte with relevant degree from a recognised tertiary institution
• Located in Cape Town
• Strong interest in recruitment
• Strong administration skills required
• Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient knowledge using Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets)
• Strong computer skills
• Highly driven individual
• Highly organised individual, pays strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support the Recruitment team by ensuring they have quality, up-to-date material, create job descriptions
• Administrative duties including diary management, word processing, general day-to-day creation and management of spreadsheets and databases and general office duties as required
• Assisting with research on key clients and verticals
• Ensure all deals are correctly captured onto the ATS platform and information kept up to date
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when the Recruitment team is unavailable
• Answering customer queries and supporting projects
• Sourcing candidates through the internal database, LinkedIn, and social media
• Prescreening applications, assessing prospective applicants, and matching them with vacancies at client companies
• Drawing up shortlists of candidates to interview by the Recruitment team
• Maintain excellent internal communication with clients, candidates, and the team
