Full Status OR Intern Sales or Rental Agent - Amanzimtoti, Chatsworth & Scottburgh areas at Pam Golding Properties

Main Purpose of the Job    

• Pam Golding Properties Amanzimtoti is looking for motivated people who are interested in a career in real estate and want to represent an Internationally recognised brand. The main focus of the role is to represent the company in all aspects of successfully marketing and the sale of property. They need to provide excellent customer service and adherence to all job requirements.
• *We are looking for either an Intern agent (must have matric) or a fully qualified agent (must have completed PDE4).   All applicants must have a valid drivers licence and their own reliable car, and must also live in Amanzimtoti and Surrounds as well as their own laptop.

Key Responsibilities    

• Collecting information about properties (lead generation)
• Canvassing properties to sell
• Arranging for photography and home staging
• Visit sellers and must be able to talk knowledgably about their property and area
• Valuation – able to apply sound principles when estimating the value of a property
• Organise and attend show days
• Able to put together a marketing plan for a property
• Represent the seller in negotiations with potential buyers
• Monitor sales and liaise with all stakeholders including mortgage brokers, conveyancers and other estate agents
• Able to knowledgably advise sellers and buyers
• Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market as well as the general market

Education & Experience    

• Matric Certificate / Completion of PDE4
• Must have valid driver’s license and your own reliable transport
• Must live in Amanzimtoti or surrounding area’s
• Must be able to sustain yourself financially for a few months

Knowledge & Skills Required    

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Must be digitally savvy and comfortable doing business with your mobile phone or device
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of the Microsoft suite
