    Fully Qualified Estate Agent - Western Seaboard, Cape Town

    Main Purpose of the Job    

    • Pam Golding Properties is looking to partner with people who are ambitious, driven by success, motivated by reward and able to work to targets to join our successful Western Seaboard franchise. We want Estate Agents who are curious, determined, persistent with great attention to detail, but also sociable and outgoing.
    • The role is about the successful marketing and selling of property and continued growth of market share, whilst providing excellent customer service to ensure that the Pam Golding Properties brand ethos is upheld.  Applicants must have a valid driver’s licence and their own reliable vehicle as well as live or plan to move to the Western Seaboard.  They must also be able to sustain themselves for at least 6 - 8 months before they start earning commission.

    Digital Marketing Manager - Blouberg

    Main Purpose of the Job    
    This is an opportunity for a truly outstanding, digitally savvy marketer. As marketing manager, you will be responsible for building the Pam Golding brand in terms of reputation and sales along the Western Seaboard Franchise, and you will oversee all marketing activities, across all platforms, from strategy to execution.

    Key Responsibilities    
    Digital

    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns;
    • Measure and analyse performance of digital marketing campaigns;
    • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on the company’s various social media pages (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news);
    • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences;
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;

    Marketing Co-Ordinator - Southern Suburbs

    Main Purpose of the Job    

    • To provide and deliver exceptional marketing support and service to the Branch Agents and Branch Management through collaboration and alignment with the Regional Marketing structure.  The scope of work may include co-ordinating ad-hoc project outputs ranging from content creation, design, video editing, social media management and reporting.
    • This is a branch-based position in the Southern Suburbs (Kenilworth) and reporting to the Cape Regional Marketing Manager.

    Key Responsibilities    

    • Manage all submission of briefs received from Agents in the branch for their marketing campaigns;
    • Liaise with the Agent and Regional Marketing on the execution of briefs and communicating any updates or changes on the brief from the agents and marketing;
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on timing and deliverables of various projects, ensuring briefs are actioned and content delivered on time;
    • Ensure delivery of collateral to the various stakeholders on time and in full;
    • Manage traffic daily on project management software (ClickUp & Slack);
    • Update information on our website, specifically for Branch Developments, ensuring accuracy, as and when applicable;
    • Management of our marketing server and Lucid Press, ensuring that folders are organised appropriately;
    • Managing submissions to the Regional Marketing team for all branch and national publications and media;
    • Briefing of external email campaigns;
    • Liaise with Agents to create content for social media campaigns, and briefing to Regional Marketing for execution as and when required;
    • Liaise with Agents to create hyper-local campaigns and ensure delivery thereof;
    • Create digital and print marketing collateral from Lucidpress templates and Alchemy as required. Keep up to date with templates available and communicate to agents;
    • Liaise with external suppliers when necessary;
    • Manage accounts with marketing suppliers and ensure timeous payments;
    • Manage branch signage contracts and renewals, liaise with signage suppliers alongside Branch Managers;
    • Train agents on how to use new marketing collateral as and when developed by Regional and or National Marketing;
    • Assist Regional Marketing with any branch marketing events, expos, agent activations or meetings;
    • Brief geotargeted hyperlocal social media campaigns in collaboration with Regional Social Media Coordinator and ensure delivery thereof;
    • Manage, coordinate and give feedback on all leads that are generated from each campaign;
    • Monitor and communicate the progress of each campaign to the agent and Branch Managers;
    • Manage the collation of property collections and ensure adequate distribution across all channels;
    • Ad-hoc support to Agents with the design and printing of brochures and drops, or creating Digital versions;
    • Any other duties as and when may be required by management that are within the area of your expertise.

    Key Competencies    

    • Process driven – pulling together briefs, chase lists and plans from various sources per campaign and ensure delivery against these on time and in full;
    • Proven abilities in Social Media Management (Community Management and scheduling);
    • The ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders with a willingness to actively support the Agents, Branch Managers and the Regional Marketing team;
    • Deadline driven with the ability to multi-task, whilst maintaining the quality standards of delivery;
    • Self-motivated and energetic;
    • Attention to detail and enhanced accuracy;
    • Must work well under pressure and easily adapt to change.

    Education & Experience    

    • A relevant qualification in Digital and/or Traditional Marketing;
    • 2+ years of experience in a co-ordinator role within a Marketing department;
    • CMS or CRM platform (Email, website, ) experience is essential;
    • Experience in programmes such as Lucid Press, WordPress, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Products is essential;
    • Experience in Adobe and In Design will be an added advantage;
    • Social Media and Design experience will be an advantage;
    • Previous experience working in an Agency environment will be advantageous.

    Knowledge & Skills Required    

    • Project management skills – working with competing deadlines, managing input and sign-off from stakeholders, ensuring that collateral is ready for campaign go-lives;
    • Excellent traffic management skills and the ability to work with designers and additional stakeholders;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
