    Fixed Term Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Internal Only)

    • The purpose of this 6-month fixed term contract role is to support the provision of a superior candidate experience and promote the PPS brand. The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Financial Advisory Talent Acquisition department as it relates to the end-to-end recruitment and selection process and will support the acquisition of top talent for Financial Advisory.
    • This is a 6-month role accepting applications only from internal applicants.

    Minimum Requirements    
    Education:

    • Matric
    • Tertiary qualification/certification preferable

    Experience:

    • 2 – 3 years corporate talent acquisition coordinator experience, preferably in the financial services industry

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practice and principles
    • Knowledge of Electronic Talent Acquisition and Application Tracking systems
    • Knowledge of posting job adverts and recruitment management on job boards
    • Knowledge of Employment labour laws related to recruitment and selection
    • Self-starter and team player
    • Stakeholder management skills
    • Proficient in the MS Office
    • Attention to detail.

    Duties and Responsibilities    
    Key Responsibilities

     

    • The successful incumbent will be expected to post job advertisements on the internal job portal and external job boards, provide administrative support to the Financial Advisory Talent Acquisition department, schedule interviews, handle recruitment related queries, collate application and pre-employment check documentation, run with the relevant checks and related administration, create talent pipelines for Financial Advisory vacancies and conduct initial screening.
