Financial Analyst/ Cost Accountant at Network Recruitment

The Role

• Our client, a manufacturing giant is recruiting for a Cost accountant. This organization has a large footprint and is responsible for brands that are common household names. The successful candidate will be rewarded for his /her hard work as this company believes in staff recognition and growth.

Duties:

• Monitor and track profitability
• Support the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Build financial models
• Preparation of income statements
• Responsible for monthly reconciliation
• Bill of materials
• Standard costing

Education and Experience:

• BCom Accounting
• At least 3 years in a similar role
• Costing and BOM experience essential
• Experience with driving continuous improvement through streamlining processes and systems
• A good understanding of value chain is essential
