    Employee Experience Specialist

    Job Description

    • As a Employee Experience Specialist, you will be responsible to ensure the following :
    • Work in collaboration with the Employee Relations & Experience Manager in projects relating to employee experience/engagement
    • Assist in defining the company culture based on employee experiences and feedback.
    • Build on our existing listening mechanisms in order to map the employee journey.
    • Assess the impact that people practices and policies have on the employee experience and use data to understand and identify improvement opportunities.

    Candidate profile

    • As a Employee Experience Specialist, ideally you will possess the following:
    • Knowledge of dispute resolution process (CCMA/Bargaining Council)
    • Industrial Psychology or HR diploma/degree
    • At least 1 year project management experience
    • OD experience as an added advantage
    • Knowledge of Employer Branding and Wellness Strategies
    • Coaching and Mentoring experience
    • Experience using digital platforms and tools advantageous.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Labour Law Qualification an added advantage
    • Knowledge of relevant HR and Labour Law Legislation
    • Experience working with Unions.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrate ability to apply creative solutions to complex labor issues
