    Director - Partnerships

    About you

    You are an exceptional salesperson who has a history of exceeding ambitious targets and who has the natural ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life. 

    You have experience working in the education, travel and/or sustainable development sector and are excited to work with a global team of people passionate about making sustainable change. 

    What you’ll do with us 

    • Plan and execute outbound campaigns to win new partnerships
    • Sell GVI programs to and through new partners, bringing on board all necessary decision-makers.
    • Manage the ongoing relationship with partners, to ensure retention and maximum repeat revenue. 
    • Coordinate with the Operational functions to ensure they are well placed to deliver the programs sold. 

    What you’ll need to be successful in this role 

    • Technical sales skills
    • Outbound business development process experience 
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Team Leadership skills 
    • Adaptability 
    • Operating effectively in a team environment
