Digital Account Manager at Wunderman Thompson

To effectively manage & implement the digital social marketing requirements of client(s) through having a deep understanding of consumers & client’s business, using agency processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and to specification; building strong & enduring client-agency working relationships

• Develop & manage budgets & billings
• Proactively communicates with client ensuring client's expectations are understood and met
• Manages sign-off/approval process of work
• Manages AE tasks identified by manager 
• Manage day to day ad hoc briefs
• Contribute by effecting innovation that builds a positive agency culture, and actively fostering a positive work environment

Required

• Relevant Diploma or Degree 
• Minimum 4 years in Digital/Social account management/ client services experience
