    Qualification(s):

    • B Degree/B Tech/National Higher Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Commerce/Engineering/Science/ Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits

    Related Minimum Experience:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage business improvement and strategic initiatives within and across the OU.
    • Ensure and drive OU learning and growth.
    • Drive and facilitate the collaboration and synergies of various disciplines/functions within the OU.
    • Enable and support the OU operations.
    • Conduct, monitor and oversee OU knowledge and document management.
    • Manage, monitor and report on the performance of service providers.
    • Monitor, compile and report on OU ethics, governance and regulatory compliance.
