DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

• The ideal candidate is a Delphi Developer skilled in crafting, maintaining, and improving software applications. This Developer will possess a strong background in software development and exceptional problem-solving abilities. They will thrive in both independent and collaborative environments, working closely with business unit leaders to define, document, and obtain sign-off on requirements. The role demands strong analytical and problem-solving expertise to resolve business and system issues. Proactive identification and recommendation of solutions to address gaps in business processes and systems is a key quality.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 3 years of proven experience as a Delphi Developer
  or similar role (Pascal, Lazarus/Free Pascal, Database Management Systems (DBMS), and Legacy systems experience).
• Knowledge of database design and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

• Retail Experience will be advantageous.
• Mobile Development Exposure will be advantageous.
