    Customer Service / Service Reception Administrator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers warmly and assist with scheduling service appointments.
    • Handle customer inquiries, both in-person and via phone, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
    • Manage service documentation, maintain accurate records, and assist with invoicing and payments.
    • Liaise between customers, service advisors, and technicians to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
    • Assist with warranty claims and service plan administration.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
