    CRM Specialist

    Job Description

    • A leading purpose-driven, direct-to-consumer, niche e-commerce company is in search of a CRM Specialist to join their entrepreneurial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing innovative and effective CRM programmes and campaigns for three different brands to improve the customer experience, increase customer retention, purchase frequency, brand engagement and lifetime value.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualise CRM campaigns and always-on elements (including relevant customer journeys), and develop effective user journeys per customer segment.
    • Set up automations for all automated customer journeys (e.g. welcome series, birthday emails, etc.), and CRM campaigns (upselling, cross-selling, increasing frequency and basket size).
    • Leverage current and develop new loyalty and retention programmes.
    • Recommend and implement high-touch personalisation efforts, in collaboration with brand and product teams.
    • Develop and maintain reporting and analysis (supported by the tech and BI teams) to deliver actionable insights to measure programme and campaign performance.
    • Identify improvements in current tech stack, and external new CRM automation tools that can improve the CRM user experience journey for customers.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant Marketing Degree / Diploma
    • 2 – 4 years’ relevant experience
    • 2+ years’ digital CRM experience; specifically loyalty programmes
    • In-depth technical experience of Active Campaign, Klaviyo, Hubspot or similar CRM tools
