Key Outputs

• All site administration duties for Mogalakwena site’
• Assist line manager with relevant queries.
• Capturing of time sheets on a daily basis and submit job cards to the mine.
• Verify archives and follow up on SAP/CRM/AMT/ARIBA end to end process.
• Perform related administrative tasks and process steps including record keeping, filing and data capturing.
• Effectively manage accounts.
• Effectively self-management and performance ownership.
• Open, control and close jobs.
• Create core credits; Create quote; Submit to the mine for orders.
• Create billing request; Create PR; Create Purchase orders; send invoices for GRV’s
• Invoice jobs; Create service entries; order parts; order components.
• Book labour & weekly reconcile with the mine overtime.
• Accurate recordkeeping of LDV and booking of vehicles for service and repairs.
• Master data accuracy.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12
• Administrative experience – minimum 1 year
• An understanding of relevant processes & KPI’s will be an advantage
• A technical background will be an advantage
• Computer Literate – MS Office
• Driver’s license – Code B
