    Content Management Specialist (Re-advertisement)

    REFERENCE NUMBER: CORPIT0224/001-03 (07926-001-1371)

    Key Job Responsibility

    •  To deliver, implement and manage Enterprise Content Management solutions 
    •  To implement the NHLS Content Management Strategy and the implementation of roadmaps for evaluating and rolling out of content management solutions and systems 
    •  To design and develop content models, security models, meta-data schemas and content types on the NHLS content management system 
    •  To manage the structure, design, security, functionality and administration of the internet and intranet pages and plan and manage content audits and
    • content analysis 
    •  To implement document management, document imaging and workflows solutions 
    •  To develop and manage business requirements and technical documentation through liaison with business and technical stakeholders to create and deliver NHLS Content
    • Management solutions 
    •  To contribute to the development of NHLS/IT governance models, procedures and policies 
    •  To offer training and handle enquiries on functionalities of the content management systems Open text Content Server and other NHLS’s solutions.

    Minimum requirements & key competency

    •  National Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or Equivalent qualification (NQF 6)
    •  Open Text Business Consultant
    • Certification (Desirable)
    •  Open Text System Administrator Certification (Desirable) 
    •  Five (5) years’ experience in IT of which Three (3) focusing on designing, developing and implementing Enterprise Content Management solutions utilizing the latest Open Text Content Server/Technology 
    •  Enterprise Content Management 
    •  Knowledge Management 
    •  Records Management 
    •  Information Management
    •  Document Management 
    •  Software Development Life Cycle methodology and application of web development technologies 
    •  Knowledge of the latest Open Text ECM technologies 
    •  Experience in requirements gathering and data analysis 
    •  Knowledge of Web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP and ASP.NET 
    •  Skills in Enterprise Content Management, requirements gathering, data analysis, web development technologies, project management 
    •  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
    •  Excellent communication (Written and Oral) and interpersonal skills 
    •  Demonstrated leadership in professional setting, demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting 
    •  Ability to work under pressure and prioritise 
    •  Desire to work in an information systems environment
