Consultant, Accident & Health Claims at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

To effectively and timeously deal with all MDR claims, ensure that all documentations are sent to our contracted Company Attorneys, estimates are revised accordingly, payments are effected and recoveries effected. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum educational qualifications should be matric certificate
• Must be FAIS compliant
• 3 years Claims experience will be an advantage
• Quality of calls with clients determined during continuous call assurance audits by relevant superiors in accordance with pre-agreed standards
• Daily relationship building with internal forensics team on making quality referrals on suspicious claims or in need or their expert opinion

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Able to work under pressure and willing to commit to working overtime of deemed necessary
• Willingness to assist on taking calls during call over flow
• Must have a consistent customer centric ethic and highly persuasive
• Must have advanced excel knowledge
• Must be accurate and analytical
