    Channel/Sales Representatives - Rustenburg

    Job Description

    • Our Talent Team is seeking to appoint Channel/Sales Representatives (x2) to join our  Baking Team. These roles will be based in Rustenburg Bakery and Mafikeng Depot and will report into the Sales Manager.
    • As a Channel/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for Sales statistics, to effectively grow our Sales & Market share, Promotion Implementation to archive volumes and to distribute and share Sales information.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Matric with a Degree in Sales or Management or equivalent 
    • will be an added advantage.
    • Valid EB driver’s license (Code 8).
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales. 

    Knowledge:

    • Business unit processes.
    • Employment and labour legislation.
    • Customer & personnel services.
    • Sales & marketing.

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Set Sales budgets volumes monthly will be achieved:
    • Monthly action plans to be provided and implementation of a 
    • minimum of 4 Displays per month.
    • Compile monthly action plans to achieve targets by customer.
    • A set route list will be followed weekly.
    • Distribute and share sales information, sales statistics, etc, 
    • weekly.
    • Promotions:
    • Implement promotional plan to achieve volumes.
    • Manage promotions.
    • Monthly Actions:
    • To achieve or exceed the monthly sales budgets.
    • To demonstrate and promote the sales of bread.
    • Objectives and Key Tasks:
    • To Develop a regular calling cycle with all traders in the area 
    • and continually canvass for new business.
    • To maximize sales and grow our market share.
