    Case Resolution Banker D

    Purpose

    • To provide end to end customers service and resolution as named case manager in achievement and enhancement of the group Customer Service objectives.

    Experience and qualifications

    • Minimum Qualification - Grade 12 and Relevant Diploma
    • Experience - 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar or servicing environment
    • Core product knowledge
    • Product knowledge
    • Lending knowledge
    • Understand product pricing
    • Sound knowledge of business-related systems i.e. CARE
    • Person must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent
