Assistant Financial Manager (Head Office) at Measured Ability Group of Companies

Duties and Responsibilities include

Internal auditing:

• Quarterly monitoring of the Digital Working Matrix.
• Assisting with bi-annual balance sheet reviews, quarterly review of party balances, and internal audit projects.
• Preparing and completing the sustainability report and corporate brochure.

Analyzing business processes and systems functions.:

• Finance Control, Reporting & Budgeting
• Review and authorize the monthly sub-ledger and general ledger reconciliations such as full monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation and Creditors Trial Balance.
• Review consolidated group management accounts, budget consolidation files, and the final Group Budget reporting pack.

External Auditing:

• Liaising with group auditors and assist with annual group external audit planning.
• Assist with the year-end audit consolidation process and other external audit requirements.
