    Administrator - Marketing and Business Development

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Gift Procurement and Purchase Order Management: Identify and source suitable gifts or promotional items for marketing initiatives and events. Manage the purchase order process, quote farming, and loading for cost-effective options.
    • Financial Management: Handle payment processing, invoices, and financial records related to marketing and BD activities.
    • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, send agendas, and take minutes as required.
    • Data Assistance: Support CRM data tasks and admin.
    • Marketing Resource Maintenance: Keep marketing libraries and calendars updated on the intranet and Microsoft Teams. Ensure all marketing files are current and well-organised.
    • Microsoft Teams Oversight: Organise Teams' channels and ensure files are accurately categorised. Add members to relevant channels with approval from the National Marketing Manager or National Business Development Manager.
    • Centralised Storage: Utilise OneDrive for central storage and distribution of marketing materials, including promotional items, design templates, and collateral.
    • Market Research: Collaborate with the team to collect data and conduct market research analysis.
    • LinkedIn Profile Maintenance: Aid the digital marketing coordinator in maintaining designated LinkedIn profiles for sector leaders and partners.
    • General Administrative Support: Assist the marketing and BD team with various administrative tasks, data collection, and ad hoc requests as needed.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
    • Post matric qualification in business administration, marketing, or communications is advantageous.
    • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and SharePoint.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
    • Collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data management.
    • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
