    Administrative Assistant: RA: SanlamConnect: Succession Fin Planning (Menlyn) (PG 6/7)

    What will you do?

    • To provide and deliver and effective and comprehensive onboarding support services to Succession Financial Planning
    • The ideal individual must have strong administrative skills with strong planning and organisation skills, be detail-orientated, structured, have good communication skills and the ability to multitask.

    Output/Core Tasks

    Provide administrative support to the Succession Sales Team in terms of the following:

    • Effective onboarding management
    • Checking application forms and verification documents that documents correspondence with each other
    • Verification process
    • Region liaison
    • Email information required and followed ups to regions
    • Administrative support
    • Time and priority management
    • Multi-tasking
    • Processes must be followed
    • Administrative tasks
    • Update systems
    • Update of personal information
    • Update of FSCA records and rep register
    • Administrative support to Admin Manager
    • Application for new product providers
    • Update of current product providers information

    What will make you successful in this role?

    Qualification & experience

    • Grade 12
    • Administration qualification preferable
    • Experience with the financial services industry will be an advantage

    Knowledge and skills

    • MS: Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, outlook)
