Job description

Job Objectives:

• To collate, route and store all correspondence received and ensure distribution to relevant department/person.
• To ensure that queries raised from within the Store Operations team are resolved timeously with the appropriate feedback
• To monitor and distribute reports to the maintenance manager on a daily basis
• To monitor relevant logs on 4me dashboards to ensure that SLA’s are met and logs are attended on time
• To manage the to-follow process

Minimum requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric/Grade 12 (essential).
• Basic knowledge of maintenance
• 1 year working experience within a similar environment.

 Skills, Abilities and Job Related Knowledge:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills
• Adapting and coping with change.
• Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Ability to liaise and communicate at all levels.
• Good time management skills.
