    Administration Clerk

    Description

    • Correct and punctual general administrative duties

    Requirements
    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

    • Grade 12

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

    • 3 years administration experience

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

    • Assist with monthly stock-taking and stock control
    • Perform daily/weekly and monthly diesel stock recons
    • Issue purchase orders & receipts
    • Control & Management Of Consignment Stock
    • Control of credit notes
    • Control of return loads
    • Control of Invoices /hand documents
    • Manage and control outstanding orders
    • Handling of debtor and creditor queries
    • Control delivery notes against invoices
    • Control of Indemnity Forms (for Sweepings sold)
    • Filing of documentation
    • compile month reports
    • Management Reports
    • Gate-Weight-Analysis

    TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES          

    • Administrative principles
    • Computer literate
    • Fully Bilingual
