Admin Clerk (Online Shopping) at Shoprite Group of Companies

Job Objectives

• Effectively process Online Orders, Lay By's and Credit Applications 
• Operate in a Call Centre environment to liaise with customers regarding their Online Order or Credit Application
• Communicating with customers, stores, DC’s and Courier Companies to ensure every customer is assisted
• Liaising with stores, DC’s, Buyers and Suppliers for orders, booking dates, stock availability, service calls
• Filing and General administration
• Must be willing to work shifts and excess hours due to our extended trading hours
• Must be willing to perform evenings and/or night work
• Must be able to work on weekends including Sundays and Public Holidys

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is essential

Experience

• Retail or Online experience will be advantages

Knowledge and Skills

• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• Communication skills – both written and spoken
• Phone etiquette
• Understanding of an Online Shopping (E-Commerce) environment
