Admin Assistant - VKB Agricultural Management Services, Vrede at VKB Group

Requirements

• Grade 12/ NQF 4
• Proven knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Computer Literate in MS Office package is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to all policies and procedures set out by the Management Buro (VAT Returns).
• Overall management of administrative function within the office.
• Preparation of relevant documents for audit purposes
• Train clients on internal documentation and programmes to ensure effective use thereof.
• Compile and analyse financial documents to ensure that they meet set out standards and procedures.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and creditor’s accounts.
• Complete relevant VAT Submissions timeously.
• Continuous liaison with SARS, Audit Firms, and clients with regards to relevant transactions and services rendered.
