Accounts Payable Clerk at RSAWEB

Job Duties:

• Responsible for full Creditors Book
• Capturing monthly supplier invoices, understanding the difference between cost of sales and expenses
• Understanding of VAT
• Liaising with suppliers with regards to account queries and anomalies and solving queries
• Reconciling Supplier Account Statement (Creditors Reconciliation) to books
• Preparing payment schedules of Domestic and Foreign payments
• Loading payments for supplier based on supplier terms and ad hoc payments
• Processing journals
• Monthly Financial reporting of Full Creditors Aging
• Cashbook processing
• And any other tasks requested by management

Requirements

• Completed grade 12 or equivalent
• A relevant Diploma or higher in accounting.
• At least 3 years performing a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
