Account Manager (JB3317) at Educor Holdings

• The Account Manager will manage students that are corporate managers within their own fields. The Account Manager will manage the cohorts across sales, finance and customer service as part of the operations business unit.

Educational Requirements:

• Proven experience in corporate account management, sales, customer service
• Strong knowledge of LMS, preferably M oodle
• Proficient in financial coordination, billing and invoicing processes
• Familiar with elearning education

Key Responsibilities:

• Enrolment figures
• Orientation
• Study Schedules generations
• Student intervention count
• Engagements per channel, engage with students across various communication channels including LMS forms, LMS chat, LMS live chat, website live chat, phone, email, whatsapp, Telegram, Zoom or MS Teams.
• Corporate engagement monthly
• Engage with corporate to understand needs continuously, ensuring billing is up to date and visible through regular statements
• Execute a direct sales function for new enrolments, classified as sales, that involve the coordinating of the enrolment process and generating invoices
• Redirect corporate or its employees towards preferred communication channels when they reach out through non preferred methods
• Corporate invoices and statements monthly
