Qualification:

• BCom Accounting
• SAIPA / SAICA Articles completed

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years Post Article experience
• Exposure to external audit, advantage
• Experience gained on different ERP systems, especially SAP
• Strong IFRS understanding, advantage
• Deferred Taxation exposure, very important

Job Description:

• Ensure the accurate preparation of balance sheet reconciliation
• Provide the effective preparation of schedules for Deferred Taxation and Corporate Taxation
• Maintain the preparation of US GAAP to statutory balance sheet reconciliation
• Provide the identification of inefficiencies within processes and make effective improvement recommendation
• Do the Corporate Tax calculations effectively and accurately
• Focus on Income Tax return and financial statement preparations
• Ensure assistance to other tax accountants with adhoc or administrative task
