    Learning and Product Specialist

    Job description
    Job purpose

    To facilitate learning and organisational design solutions that will improve the knowledge, skills and performance of employees, thereby enhancing the overall performance of Transactional Services.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Ensure that the Transactional Banking learning initiatives are aligned with Nedbank Corporate and Nedbank Group’s learning & organisational development strategies and that the strategies are communicated to the business.
    • To develop and implement a Transactional Banking academy that is customised to support the frontline business clusters.Implementation of change methodologies in line with the HR strategy.
    • Deliver on change management initiatives that support the Barrett, NSS and other relevant surveys.
    • All key projects in line with the HR strategy.Submit learning & development reports (MIS) i.e. skills development, EE Reporting, PWD reporting and training reporting.Collaborate with the HR representatives for the successful execution of the job profiling process in line with Group and Cluster initiatives.

    Essential qualifications

    • Relevant tertiary qualification (Business Degree in Human Resource Development, Education, Social Sciences, Project Management or other relevant degree

    Job related Experience

    • Background in HR, Project Management and minimum 5 years’ experience in learning & development at management level.
    • Knowledge, understanding and experience in developing academies in a corporate environment.
