Job Purpose

To effectively maintain the reconciliation process and to effectively maintain the support system

Education & Experience:

• Matric
• At least 3 - 5 years Debtors and Accounting Experience

• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• Very proficient with MS Excel

• Invoice processing
• Processing of payments and Matching accounts
• Collection of outstanding debt
• Procedures to be followed and maintained on credit control
• Control of fraudulent credit card administration + RD’s
• Self management
• PO Process
• DOA / Internal Accounts
• Fleet
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Travel Expenses
