The mrpsport Store Manager is expected take ownership of their store. Work with your team to deliver effective merchandise management principles, maintain visual standards, manage the store budget and shrinkage and to optimize stock flows.
Ultimately your core focus is to offer the mrpsport customer an exceptional customer shopping experience.
Our minimum requirements:
- Grade 12
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a retail store. It would be preferred if you have worked within an Apparel and Footwear retail environment
- You should also possess the following skills: a high level of customer service, a proven ability to drive store sales and minimize shrinkage; effective people leadership; excellent communication skills; you are highly analytical and solutions oriented
